So in the summer I started working on amethyst and ruby. While I was drawing, following, thinking about the color palette and embroidering amethyst, the idea of ​​a video course came to my mind and I immediately went the other way.

Eventually I turned my attention to the course because I could not get a project at once (I knew I would not be successful at both) and Amethyst had to put it in the drawer of the finished pieces. .. screaming.

The fact is, I was able to return to Amethyst in November and finish it! But I can't force myself! Arg, that's why I don't do projects that I know I can't handle all at once. You know, in the long run. If you take a break from them, it will be difficult to get back on the road.

With Amethyst, the situation was ridiculous, for I was very happy and content at first, so I literally went when the technology frame was only halfway there. But after the break, I had to drag myself to the end. I only expanded a little during the first few days, but as often as I did, I was finally happy to find my squeezing and knitting skills!

I told you before, but I have ... that weird thing? Somewhere, as the project nears completion, this is a very difficult time to put together. And then, in terms of the final points, it will be easy and exciting again. . ...

Well, that is not the topic of today's post!

Anyway, at least I didn't go down without explaining myself first. I love this flower. Sewing was so simple, I was not sure about my color choice until the very last moment (for this second color I expanded, I had more time to think about the gallery).

For me, Robbie feels confident and courageous. Probably because my practical method was like "Finny, Faith, Vichy" corpses, it adds to this feeling! I was sitting at work and not knowing it was already full.

But amethyst is very calming, soothing and ... slow, haha. Yeah Al that sounds pretty crap to me, Looks like BT aint for me either. But other than that, I think this color gallery is very relaxing.

Regarding the technical aspect of these designs, you will probably see that they use many long and short stitches. By the way, a ruby ​​can have a very uneven shade on the front leaves. The truth is, though, that I am not talking about the wrong color . In fact, this effect is achieved by using different threads :) It's a secret, do not tell anyone!

So far, the jewelry series has 4 models. I’m not saying “complete” as I said in the preview , because there are still 3-4 more floral ideas in my head. But now I leave here and work on something new. It will be interesting to see this series again :)

It was almost forgotten! Stitch Floral is on vacation from now until mid-January. I'm still working in the background, so it's hard to call it a vacation, but honestly I spend a lot of time on the blog a month.
