Etsy shop closing in September

Unexpected news :(

Am I lonely or is August one of the busiest months? Ah, that's so funny.

I swear when I saidstop creating new models , I did not want to close the store, even for me this news came out of nowhere.

There is a specific unresolved issue currently available with Etsy Technical Support.

in short ...

A.D. When I opened my Etsy store in 2015, I was sure I would stay somewhere else forever. That's why when I signed up, I identified this place as my place of residence. The store was not ready then and I still do not take it seriously.

Later my plans changed and I stayed home in Russia for a long time. A.D. I re-launched the Etsy store in 2017, taking it seriously and constantly trying to add new designs.

However, you will not be able to change the location you originally specified when you registered. In my mailing address, in my bank account, I mentioned Russia in my “favorite region,” but that doesn't seem to matter.

So I just got a "happy email" that I need to sign up for on the Etsy Payments system (which means the seller can accept credit card payments) because I was first informed that this website will eventually be merged.

If I do not register, I will not be able to sell. The store is closed.

So ... you guessed it, the last time I visited this country I did not have a bank account. This means I cannot sign up for Etsy Payments.

And it is also impossible to change the location in the settings. Only technical support staff can help.

But they cannot be achieved. You can see this page , there is no way to find them literally, and as you know, they have to respond forever, even if you find a way to connect.

So I close the store myself in mid-September .

This is a sudden turn, but we're not sad ... some doors are closed and others are open :)

But I do know one thing ... I do not want to open a new Etsy account and open a new store with the same design ...

I will never regret it haha.

So before you close the store, this may be your last chance to get the designs :)

And when it comes to selling new models in the future ... let's see. Now I am preparing an embroidered newspaper lesson , everyone should wait :)

PS Forgive me if I am not very active on blogs this month. I do a lot of work behind the scenes. Fortunately, when the current project is finally completed, this place will come back to life. I'm not very good at multitasking
