#HibiscusChallenge Part 2: Hibiscus Leaves

embroidery tutorial

New instructions have arrived, are you ready?

As I said, this part is pretty easy, it shouldn't take too long. So if you haven't finished the flower yet, you have enough time to reach it. :)

* You can now download the instructions in PDF format, I included it in the first part *

And before we start, here are some intermediate results on Instagram.

hours of joy

We salute these brave souls who have shared their achievements with us. Good job folks.

I'd like to take this opportunity to remind you that it's great to personalize the design to your liking and use other colors. Because many of us are stuck, it can be difficult to get a thorough understanding of the topic I've listed. Try to find your safe if there is an alternative and you can grow your unique hibiscus :)

By the way, I know that many of you are working on the project. Yes, yes, I'm looking at you. Don't be ashamed to share your results, we're all doing our best here :)

You can send your photos to aminakdesigns [@]hotmail.com or post them on Instagram via #hibiscuschallenge and mention me @stitch_floral .

Where can the scheme be found?

  1. If you are not registered, you can register . The first welcome message will give you information about the resource library for the password to access. The model is now stored there, it's free.
  2. If you are already a subscriber, go directly to the resource library where you can find the schema.

The instructions will remain on this blog, they will not be deleted. So you can start the project whenever you want.

Today's points are:

The colors we are going to use today are E, F, G, J.

hibiscus owner!

embroidery tutorial

1. Draw each holder with a split back with 1 strand F colored thread (you can use 2 strands as you like).

Make a straight layer from the top of the blade to the center rib with the same color. Uses 2 threads of yarn here, makes sewing a little faster. If you wish, you can use 1 thread, your masters will look more delicate.

2. Then process the owner with herring . To do this, sew near the first straight seam and pass it through the central vein. Then make another point on the other side, go through the central vein.

3. Cross the center line with each consecutive point. Gaps can be avoided.

4. Eventually you will probably reach the end of the central vein while the ribs are still halfway through. You can then sew parallel stitches to fill in those gaps.

This is what the finished sheet looks like.

And then knit the other two leaves in the same way.

Well, for the branches to work.
