Jewel flowers already in store!
The new design has finally arrived in stores . I am very happy, I hope you like it as much as I do. Read more about how to work with this needle :)
In this article from last month I gave you a preview of the new collection. You can see what the embroidery sketch looks like there, yes. Yes, you already have a great idea for two color palettes. Now that both are fully installed, there are instructions for working with them, so I can tell you a little more.
This line is inspired by precious stones and crystals. This is mainly reflected in the color palette, but also with some eggs.
Pink flowers are based on rhodocrosis. I'm the only one who thinks the rhodochrosite name is too harsh :. The palette of reddish pink and light burgundy coral gives a soft feel. Perhaps that is why this stone is often associated with the heart and emotions, considered a February stone. Do you like Valentine's Day? Personally I don't like to limit love and affection to just romance, there are so many types of love, everyone deserves a vacation :)
The rhodochrosite flower has spherical eggs, reminiscent of cutting gemstones with colored rings. If you search for gemstone names on Google or Pinterest, you'll see similarities.
This is also amber. Cheerful, cheerful, full of positive energy and I can say for sure. I fully understand why this gem is often associated with success and happiness. It has the shape of a sack covered with rope. There are so many associations, this floral and stone impression that inspired it.
As far as I know, Amber is destined for Taurus, some consider it the birthstone of November. Yep, Al which sounds pretty crap to me, it seems BT isn't for me either. Perhaps a factor in why they did it so badly.
But to be honest, I'm just giving you the links for these months because you can give them to your loved ones who were born in that month, or maybe it's a special date for you. Or I think the message of stones and flowers inspired by him is big and rich, you shouldn't stay true to a certain time of year.
Mohimi. These flowers have no healing properties, they will not fulfill your dreams or not. But they are very beautiful, they will look as beautiful as jewelry or jewelry, they have their own humor and character.
So, if you really want to give someone luck, you can put that feeling in your handmade amber flowers. Or express your kind feelings with rhododendron flowers. It would be a very kind and delicate gesture, but in a profound sense.
Let's talk about the technical side of this design.
In the early stages of the design, thinking about the technical aspect, I decided it was time to complicate them a bit in the field of long and short stitches. At the same time, I want an inexperienced seamstress not to get lost in the work.
As a trade-off, the long and short stitches are more difficult than those made for my pattern, but there are a lot of step-by-step instructions in the instructions.
Working with yellow flowers is a little easier because all three sheets are worked with more or less the same egg and can be stitched at the same time. This is reflected in my instructions.
Rhodochrosite, however, has an individual color pattern for each petal. So it's a little hard for me. But don't be afraid. The pattern has around 50 illustrations to guide you through each step of each petal (draw yourself).
Yes, that's why I said this design is perfect for your first needle painting business. There is a lot of visual material to support you. It's not large in size, so you won't get bored with the new gear. You won't really feel how fast you work.
Let's celebrate the golden circle. I actually have a question about which gold I use, but it's just cotton yarn. You can see that the set of rhodochrosite rings is thicker than in amber. When you work, you have to decide which one you like. I just warn you that tight spots will naturally last longer and make you tired. But there is a simple solution: move somewhere else, then go back into the loop :)
By the way, I sewed these models into a simple dress. It's a little rough compared to the "embroidered canvas" habit, but I was just wondering if you could use this material for embroidery. The texture on this canvas isn't as dense as I'd ideally prefer (after all, I'm used to working with cotton), but I reinforced it with the interface and it all went great.
I almost almost forget! Hopefully, the Jewel Series collection will be expanded with fresh gemstone-inspired flowers and beautiful new frames. I have already written some gemstones that I would like to give to flowers, but I was wondering if you have any ideas. Hmm? :)
These samples are readily available at the Etsy Store for purchase. Look at them and read the description carefully :) Have fun working with them, don't forget to show your results.
